Make a habit to go for a morning walk. It’s always help to be in touch with nature.
A morning walk lets you wake up earlier than your regular wake up time. Early wake up gives you more time to perform your regular activities than your normal schedule. Our mind can think more productively in morning hours. So a disciplined morning scheduled routine will help you to get the best of your morning time through productive thoughts. It’s obvious that we all find our inbox full of weekend non replied emails. So don’t be in hurry to reply every email on the same time as you read it. Every mail has its own priority to reply. What we commonly do is, we start reading and replying one by one. But it is not the best way to purge email. We should give a look to all our emails. When we enter in the corporate world most of us try to indulge in our daily office activities and try to remain busy in them. And in this schedule we forgot to be in touch with our good ones. As the time passes these gaps becomes wider and the feeling of isolation indirectly affect to our emotional health. Make a habit to call your true friend every Monday. Write down your top 10 activities that you are expecting to do for the day. This activity looks simpler but it is really effective way to bring more clarity for the day. It is the law of nature when you book yourself for something, your minds simultaneously think about the execution of that booked task. So make a catalog of your events for the day. As per the law of attraction if your saying something it means that thought is running in your mind and that becomes your actions. I have discussed about goal setting in my earlier post where, I discuss some tips to make strong goals. But to reach that goal we will have to make sub goals considering our main goals and that sub goals should be further bifurcated in sub goals. These goals will motivate you to achieve them effectively because they are less hard than your main goal. There should be some strategy to perform those tasks. So every Monday decide your weekly goal and then put all your efforts to achieve it. And a Monday is good day to start a new goal with refresh mind and energy and an additional risk. So first think good for others, because what we think it happens in our life. So the answer for the first question is this: Try to take at least three foods a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Diner). Don’t miss any of the food. Always try to eat all the three food and it should be taken on it on time. A good healthy fresh and hygienic food gives you energy for the whole day. It will give you more energy and change your presentation more attractive. A Monday we should look more energetic and more enthusiast.
And the answer for the second question is: A nutrient fresh diet lets you make your Monday the best Monday. Eat some different cuisines. A monotonous pattern creates dissatisfaction. And to make your Monday morning better start with a new cuisine.
