An Early start will not help you out if you are not functional with your daily use things. So be handy with your things. After organising things we should ensure that things should be at one place which is of the same characteristic. Putting same things together of similar nature will let you find them easily. E.g.
Put your stationary at one place. Put your cosmetics at one place. This is one category of putting similar things on basis of characteristics. Talk about the second category, it is requirement categorization. In this category, you will have to put your daily needs things like wallet, keys, Helmet, pen together at a particular place. So you can find these things easily.
A small practice to keep similar nature things together will complete the whole scenario of your life. Now if we shift this concept to our corporate life, it also adds up to your colleague and boss impression on you which is a very vital ingredient to your corporate life. Time utilisation is a way to utilise our time in those activities which are important to us, which are making our life easier, which is reducing our stress. Mostly what happens is, we remain to indulge in those activities which don’t add a value to our life actions.
Sometimes when we start doing some hectic work, our mind starts recalling lots of tasks which practically not possible that time.
We are free and we have nothing to do. Nothing comes to our mind.
It is scientifically proven fact that in busy schedule our mind starts wondering very fast due to stress. So the best way to recall them is to monitor them properly. Next time you recall something in your busy schedule write down those things in a separate diary. So when you are free and you have nothing to do just open the diary and perform that task which you have written down in your diary. This method will let you perform every task with your time limit and you will get 100 % utilisation of your time in a productive way.
Use the Most of Non-distraction time
It is scientifically proven fact that you gave more productivity when there is no distraction for you. E.g. when you travel in an aeroplane your focus, concentration level is more comparable to your normal work time. It is not the only one place but there are many places where your concentration level and your focus remains more.
So try to figure out all those places or situation where your productivity became more and when you plan to visit those places make a schedule of your urgent work and perform your tasks. It will give you best of your time and you will save your valuable time. So starts your homework from today itself and figure out all your non-destructive places and situation and make you more productive.

Try to Exclude Irrelevant jobs from your Schedule
Always try to find out all those jobs which will not help to go closer to your goal. Because those activities are only time-consuming not result oriented. But this task is as equally important as to know your goal. Because when you don’t know your goal you can’t identify the catalyst or retarder for your goal. So when your goal is set you will have a clear way to get your goal. Now starts to identify those efforts which will help to get your goal and exclude all those activities which could be a hurdle in your way to get your goal.

Try to be Specialist, not Generalist
Now a day there is cut throat competition and every individual wants to be perfect in everything. Especially our young generation. In this race, we are becoming generalist rather than specialist. Our mentality is like this we should have knowledge of everything. It is a good thing to get knowledge of everything but in this concept, we just stuck in between somewhere. We remain neither specialist nor generalist.
According to me first, we should try to be perfect in one thing and then approach for other things. Addition to that we all want to perform our every task simultaneously. In human resource we study two types of persons first is A type and second is B type of person. A type of person is that kinds of person who perform one task at a time and B type of person try to perform the multi task at a time. So if we compare the performance of both the person A and B. A is more productive. So try to be A type of person.
